Refund policy

At Parth Pooja Bhandar, we take utmost care in packing and delivering sacred and spiritual products. However, if your item arrives damaged, we offer an exchange subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange is applicable only if the product is received damaged or broken.

  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the package

    • Clearly show the shipping label

    • Continue without any cuts until the product is fully opened

Mandatory Video Proof

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Images alone are not sufficient for exchange approval.

  • The video helps us verify transit damage and maintain fairness.

Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customized, energized, or used pooja items (unless damaged on arrival)

Exchange Process

  • Once the claim is approved, we will arrange:

    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

    • Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

Special Note on Sacred Items

Rudraksha, gemstones, idols, yantras, and silver items are packed with extreme care to preserve purity and sanctity. The unboxing video ensures transparency and trust for both parties.
